What can I do if I
forget my password? |

Click the "Forgot Password?" link below the Sign-In
box at http://woolcn.wool365.com/login/login.asp.
Enter your
Member ID and either enter your registered email address.
Once
you have responded correctly, a random password will be generated
and sent to your registered email box.
For security, we suggest
that you change the new password as soon as
possible. |

1. If you forget your Woolcn Member ID, You can
mail your request to customer service. please provide us with your
registered email address and as much as possible of the other
information you gave during registration, such as company name,
contact name, telephone number, and so on, in this mail. This will
enable us to verify your identity.
2. Once your identity is
verified, your Member ID will be sent to your registered email
address. |

How can I change my

1. Sign in at My Woolcn
http://woolcn.wool365.com/login with your current password
2.
Click "My Profile"
3. then Click "Update My Password" in "My
Profile"
4. Input your current password in "Current Password" and
then input your new password in "new password" and repeat the new
password in the "re-enter password", Submit when done.
