address and copies of all relevant correspondence. If Woolcn
confirms that an abuse of Woolcn's response system has occured,
we have the right to terminate membership according to our service

Call the telephone and fax numbers provided in the
company's Woolcn posting to check that they are
genuine.
Check with the registrar of business in the country or
territory that the other party claims to be from, to insure that the
business is legitimate and licensed to operate.
Use an external
inspection service to insure that the products meet your
requirements.
Pay for a sample before purchasing in bulk.
Do
business with Woolcn paid advertisers such as Gold Suppliers
(designated on Woolcn by special logos), and featured buyers,
who have been individually verified as legitimate businesses by
Woolcn.
Be guided by your instinct.If the seller seems more
focused on payment than any other issue, or indicates that cash
payment must be made urgently, more caution should be given to the
transaction.

and this is a fact of business life, whether you find your trading
partner on the internet or not. Woolcn cannot guarantee the

How to protect your Woolcn account
from fake email? |

Be cautious of emails that ask you to submit personal
information such as your Woolcn member ID or password. Some
members reported that persons not related to Woolcn tried to
pose themselves as Woolcn representatives and sent emails to
our members. These messages typically request Woolcn members to
re-enter their member ID and Password through return email or a web
site, which purports to be the Woolcn site. The request was
made under the pretense that the member's Woolcn account may be
deactivated (or other similar situation) if they do not re-enter
their Woolcn ID and Password. Through this ploy, the
perpetrators attempted to hijack private and confidential
information from Woolcn members.
Woolcn is committed to
keeping trading on the Internet as safe as possible. However, there
are occasional situations where people with intent to defraud others
invade the Internet. We believe that it is our duty to alert you of
possible tricks employed by fraudsters to obtain confidential
information from you.
Please be assured that, as long as you do
not give out your Woolcn ID and Password to unauthorized
persons, your Woolcn account is secure and safe. Woolcn
personnel will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited
phone call or in an unsolicited email. If we request information
from you, we will always direct you back to the Woolcn
site.
Woolcn pages that ask you to provide your member ID
and password can be identified by the address in the
Address/Location area of your web browser. Most Woolcn sign-in
pages can be identified by addresses that begin with
"http://woolcn.wool365.com/". |
